Holiday Lets

We have five holiday cottages which vary in location, from right down by the sea shore to high up on the cliff. They also vary in size: our smallest sleeps four and our largest can accommodate eleven. Some of the cottages are restored croft houses which date back to the days when Tanera had a population of over 100 people; others are more modern. They are all simply but comfortably furnished, with wood-burning stoves or open fires.

We will pick you up from Badentarbet Pier on the mainland in our trusty boat the MV Patricia. After an easy 15-20 minute crossing you will arrive at one of three piers the Island, from where we’ll transport your belongings in a quad bike or by dinghy to your cottage, and leave you to enjoy the peace.

There are no shops on the island (just the cafe and post office) but you can order provisions from Polbain Stores (01854 622330) or Achiltibuie Stores (01854 622496), to be waiting for you when you arrive. You can order more during your stay and we'll pick it up for you from the mainland.
