Sleeps seven.
A traditional croft house, extended and modernised. Right on the shore at the sheltered south end of the bay, with views over moorings, small islands, and seabird families. Step out onto your springy lawn and be beside (or in!) the water in seconds. Hire a dinghy for the week and keep it at the end of your garden to go fishing whenever you please.

Access to the cottage is on foot around the shore, five minutes from Rosslyn Pier (your luggage will be transported by dinghy).

Downstairs: Kitchen with gas cooker, double oven, fridge-freezer, central table and doors leading to spacious conservatory with dining table and easy chairs. French doors onto lawn leading down to the shore. Shower-room with  wash basin and toilet. Sitting room with open fire. Sun room with two single beds and door into the garden. Utility room with sink and washing machine, and plenty of room for storing/drying outdoor gear.

Upstairs: Bedrooms: one double (king size bed), one twin, one single. Bathroom/shower with wash basin and toilet.
